2 years OTR experience

Must meet Insurance Co. standards for qualified drivers

Pets are allowed with approval during hiring process

Must pass U.S. DOT physical exam and drug screening

Require an in-person interview prior to any offer of employment (at the applicant’s expense)

Driver Benefits

Yearly Average Income: $60,000 +

Pre-employment drug screening paid by the company

DOT physical exam paid by the company up to $50.00

Equipment

2-year-old or newer Freightliner and Volvo tractors that are decked out with lights, chrome, and other accessories.We want our trucks washed on a regular basis to maintain a professional appearance. 2-year-old or newer trailers. Our primary traffic lanes run from California to the Southwest and Southeast.Our hauls average 3,700 to 4,000 miles per week, with 85 percent of them exceeding 2,000 miles. Drivers are paid immediately after clean bills are received. With a few exceptions, we are primarily a no-touch organization.

Our dry van fleet is composed primarily of 53-foot composite plate trailers from Wabash, Utility, Hyundai, and Great Dane. These provide an exceptional level of durability, versatility, interior dimension, and damage resistance.

In addition, we have installed aerodynamic trailer blades on our dry van fleet to add stability in high winds, reduce road spray, and produce significant fuel savings.
